We want you to love your OFFCUTS purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original box and unworn condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn shoes back into their original packaging and include the completed returns form found inside your delivery parcel.

• 2.
  Generate a Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier and download a prepaid shipping label or QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is complete.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
